Client Implementation Coordinator
About the job
As a Client Implementation Coordinator, you’ll be the link between our clients and internal teams. You’ll make sure implementations are well-organized, clearly communicated, and delivered on time.
You don’t need to be deeply technical—but you understand how systems work, can think logically, and know how to keep things moving. You enjoy working with clients, solving practical challenges, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
What you'll do
Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding and implementation of clients (enterprise, e-commerce, and QR-on-Invoice).
Act as the main point of contact for clients during implementation, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
Guide clients through the implementation process, including onboarding, releases, and go-live readiness.
Create and maintain implementation plans, timelines, and progress tracking.
Manage and maintain collaboration tools such as Jira and Zoho Projects, ensuring clear and structured tickets.
Coordinate with internal teams (development, sales, delivery) to ensure smooth execution and alignment.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage feature acceptance into production.
Perform basic analysis on tickets and support troubleshooting (e.g. using logs), and provide 2nd line support when needed.
Create and maintain client-facing documentation (user guides, onboarding materials) and internal documentation (e.g. Confluence).

Monitor progress and client feedback, identify risks or improvements, and help ensure a smooth rollout.
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
You have experience in a coordinating role—such as implementation, onboarding, project coordination, or client support—and you enjoy working closely with customers.
You’re organized, proactive, and able to keep multiple moving parts under control. You communicate clearly, follow up when needed, and make sure things get done.
You have a logical mindset and some affinity with technical systems (you don’t need to code), and you’re comfortable working with tools like Jira or similar platforms.
You’re someone who takes ownership, thinks ahead, and enjoys helping clients succeed. You like bringing structure, keeping things on track, and making complex processes feel simple.
You're fluent in English and Dutch, and preferably also in Papiamentu (Spanish is a plus).
