Delivery & Implementation Coordinator

About the job

As a Delivery & Implementation Coordinator, you’ll play a central role in both our client implementations and internal software delivery.

You’ll guide clients through the implementation process, from onboarding to go-live, while coordinating the planning and execution of our internal software delivery. Working closely with clients, development, QA, sales, and management, you’ll help keep projects organized, priorities aligned, and releases on track.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to fast-moving environments, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and ensuring that both client implementations and software releases are delivered successfully.

You don’t need to be a software developer, but you should have a strong affinity with technology, communicate confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and enjoy taking ownership.

What you'll do

Client Implementations

• Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding and implementation of SME, e-commerce, and enterprise clients using the Sentoo API, e-commerce plugins, and other payment solutions.

• Act as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation process.

• Guide clients through onboarding, testing, UAT, and go-live.

• Create implementation plans, timelines, and rollout schedules.

• Coordinate with clients, QA engineers, banks, and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementations.

Software Delivery Coordination

• Coordinate software delivery across multiple projects.

• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, retrospectives, and release planning.

• Maintain Jira boards, backlogs, and project documentation.

• Track progress, priorities, blockers, risks, and delivery milestones.

• Coordinate release readiness and production go-lives.

• Ensure the development team has the planning and coordination needed to deliver efficiently.

Delivery & Operational Support

• Keep stakeholders informed through regular progress updates.

• Schedule meetings and follow up on action items.

• Help improve delivery processes and ways of working.

• Assist with ticket triage, troubleshooting, and 2nd-line support.

• Maintain accurate documentation in Jira and Confluence.

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

You have at least three years of experience in project coordination, delivery coordination, software implementations, or a similar role. You’re comfortable working in Agile or Scrum environments and have experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.

You enjoy coordinating multiple projects at the same time, communicate effectively with both clients and technical teams, and naturally take ownership to keep projects moving forward.

You have an affinity for software development, APIs, integrations, and technical systems. You don’t need to be a developer, but you’re comfortable working alongside technical teams and understanding technical concepts.

Above all, you’re organized, proactive, and enjoy creating structure in fast-moving environments. You take pride in bringing projects from planning through to a successful go-live.

Fluency in English and Dutch is required. Papiamentu is highly preferred, and Spanish is considered a plus.
