As a DevOps Engineer, you are responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure and development pipelines for our online payment software. This includes configuring and managing cloud-based environments, automating deployment processes, and monitoring the health and performance of our systems.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of Linux systems, experience with automation and configuration management tools (such as Ansible, Puppet, or Terraform), and a track record of success in building and maintaining cloud-based infrastructure. In addition, we are looking for someone with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a passion for continuously improving processes and systems.

What you'll do:

• Design, implement, and maintain the infrastructure and development pipelines for our software products

• Configure and manage cloud-based environments

• Automate deployment processes and test procedures

• Monitor the health and performance of our systems and respond to any issues that may arise

• Work with the development team to ensure that code is properly integrated, tested, and deployed to production

• Use the ELK stack to monitor and troubleshoot issues in our systems, as well as provide valuable insights into the performance and usage of our software products

• Continuously improve processes and systems to enhance efficiency and reliability

• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders

• Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies, and incorporate them into our systems as appropriate
  

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• At least 2 years of experience working with Linux-based systems in a professional setting.

• Strong knowledge of network protocols and virtualization technologies.

• Experience with security best practices and securing Linux-based systems.
  

• Experience with the ELK stack.
  

• Expertise in scripting languages such as Bash and Python.
  

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
