As a Marketing Support, you’ll play an important role in helping our marketing team run smoothly and effectively. From assisting with campaigns and events to keeping our social media channels active and our content on point, your work helps keep our brand visible and consistent. In this role, you’ll support day-to-day marketing tasks—helping bring ideas to life, coordinating materials, updating content, and keeping everything organized. You’ll work closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Support teams to make sure our efforts are aligned and our message is clear. You don’t need to lead strategy—but you do need to be hands-on, proactive, and ready to pitch in wherever needed.

What you'll do

As Marketing Support, you’ll be involved in a variety of tasks that help bring our brand to life and keep our marketing running smoothly. Here’s a look at what your day-to-day might include:

• Supporting our online and offline marketing activities, from social posts to event prep.

• Assisting with the planning and rollout of campaigns across digital, email, social media, and events.

• Helping write and fine-tune content for blogs, social media, newsletters, and product pages.

• Keeping our content calendar organized and on track—making sure posts go out on time and community engagement stays strong.

• Helping create visual content like short videos, images, and other brand assets.

• Making sure content is optimized to attract traffic and support our online visibility.

• Preparing and segmenting email lists, and helping set up email campaigns.

• Tracking performance across our channels using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

• Working closely with the marketing team to better understand our audiences and make each campaign more effective.

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

You’re a creative doer with a hands-on attitude and a passion for marketing. With around 1–3 years of experience, you’re comfortable jumping into a variety of tasks; from writing copy and planning posts to prepping campaign materials. You like seeing results, but you're just as happy being part of the process that gets us there.

You spot opportunities to improve, aren’t afraid to ask questions, and enjoy finding simple solutions to everyday challenges. You have an eye for detail, but you don’t get stuck in the weeds. Whether you're working on your own or with others, you stay organized, communicate clearly, and keep things moving.

Experience in a similar marketing support role is a plus, but what matters most is your attitude. If you're eager to learn, take initiative, and help build something great together—we want to hear from you.
