We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Owner / Project Manager to play a pivotal role in our organization's success. This position involves leading the development and management of our innovative product suite, ensuring their successful delivery, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in project management, product development, and a passion for driving projects from concept to completion.

What you'll do:

• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements.

• Execute product visions, strategies, and roadmaps in alignment with the company's objectives and market needs.

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.

• Lead and manage the Scrum process, including sprint kickoff and refinement meetings and demos.

• Ensure the quality of projects by conducting final acceptance of changes and features.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to drive the development and launch of new products.

• Continuously monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

• Communicate project updates and status to stakeholders, providing transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

• Provide 2nd line support for our clients, assisting with the integration progress and addressing their needs.

• Serve as 2nd line support for the sales and on-boarding team, offering expertise and guidance.

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in product ownership or project management in the tech industry.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.

• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.

• A passion for innovation and a customer-centric mindset.

• Exceptional precision and punctuality in all aspects of work.

• Fluency in English and Dutch (Papiamentu or Spanish is a bonus point).
