We are looking for a practical and hands-on Project Manager to play a key role in our organization's success. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing the development of our innovative product suite, ensuring successful delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive seamless implementation. The ideal candidate has experience in project management, a strong technical understanding, and a passion for overseeing projects from initiation to completion.

What you'll do

• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, gathering, prioritizing, and documenting technical project requirements to ensure alignment with business goals.

• Proactively engage with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating discussions to clarify expectations, manage dependencies, and resolve roadblocks.

• Develop, maintain, and execute project plans, ensuring that timelines, scope, and budgets are met while keeping stakeholders informed of progress.

• Lead Scrum processes, including sprint planning, refinement meetings, and product demos to ensure the development team stays aligned and productive.

• Ensure high-quality project outcomes by conducting final acceptance of changes, features and technical enhancements before deployment.

• Facilitate collaboration with cross functional teams to drive the development, integration and launch of new products.

• Continuously monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and implementing mitigation strategies to avoid delays or issues.

• Maintain transparency and alignment by communicating project updates, risks, and status reports clearly to all stakeholders.

• Provide 2nd line technical support for clients, assisting with integrations, troubleshooting, and resolving technical challenges.

• Support the sales and onboarding team, offering technical expertise and guidance to ensure a seamless experience for new clients.

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in project management in the tech industry, with a strong customer focus.

• Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders, translating technical requirements into actionable tasks, and aligning expectations across teams.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on approach. Capable of tackling challenges head-on and making quick, data-driven decisions to keep projects on track.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.

• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.

• A passion for innovation and a customer-focused approach.

• Exceptional precision and punctuality in all aspects of work.

• Fluency in English, Dutch and preferably Papiamentu (Spanish is a bonus point).
