As Sales Support, you'll be part of a growing team that values service, structure, and strong communication. You’ll focus on day-to-day follow-up, client communication, and administrative tasks that help keep the sales process running smoothly. You’ll work from our office in Curaçao and collaborate closely with our Account Managers and other departments like Marketing and Development.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing, supporting others, and making sure clients feel well taken care of—every step of the way.
What you'll do
As Sales Support, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth communication and follow-up throughout the client journey. You’ll be the go-to person for day-to-day service and support tasks, making it easier for our team to focus on building strong, long-term relationships.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Be the first point of contact for routine client inquiries—delivering quick, clear, and helpful responses.
Support our Account Managers by taking over follow-ups, documentation, and scheduling after initial client contact.
Ensure every client touchpoint—emails, forms, phone calls—is handled with professionalism and care.
Keep our CRM up to date with accurate client records, meeting notes, and deal progress.
Help prepare proposals, contracts, presentations, and onboarding materials.
Track outstanding actions from meetings and make sure nothing gets missed.
Organize internal sales materials, templates, and processes to keep things efficient.
Work closely with internal teams like Support and Marketing to ensure a seamless client experience.
Look for ways to improve workflows and flag opportunities to make processes smarter and more client-friendly.
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
The ideal candidate for this Sales Support role is someone with experience in a customer service, administrative, or sales support position—ideally in a commercial or client-facing environment. You’re highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks at once, and have a sharp eye for detail. Clear and professional communication comes naturally to you, whether it’s over email, on the phone, or in person.
You’re fluent in Papiamentu, Dutch and (Spanish is a bonus), and you know how to communicate in a way that makes clients feel heard and supported. With a strong service mindset, you enjoy helping others, and you take pride in making sure things run smoothly behind the scenes.
You’re proactive—you don’t wait for instructions, but instead take initiative and look for ways to contribute. You're also comfortable working with digital tools like CRM systems, and task management platforms. Most importantly, you’re a team player who enjoys working closely with colleagues toward shared goals.
